Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on academic merit, originality, relevance, and scholarly contribution.Editorial decisions must not be influenced by authors’ nationality, ethnicity, gender, institutional affiliation, or personal beliefs.The editorial office is committed to maintaining confidentiality throughout the review and publication process.

Corrections and Retractions｜更正与撤稿
If significant errors, ethical concerns, or academic misconduct are identified after publication, the journal may publish corrections, clarifications, or retractions when necessary.The editorial office reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with international publishing ethics standards.

AI-Assisted Content｜人工智能辅助内容Authors who use artificial intelligence tools or automated systems in the preparation of manuscripts must disclose such use appropriately.AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of submitted content.
